Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- Loaf of bread preferably a couple of days old.
- 2 medium eggs
- 4 oz sugar
- 6ish ozs sultanas
- Currants
- Raisins
- Mixed spice to suit
- Tblspoon or so of oil to grease roasting tin
METHOD

Take a loaf of bread with the crusts removed, soaked in water for a few minutes in a colander in a bowl.

Remove the colander from the bowl,squeeze the water gently out of the bread.

Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

Add to the heated roasting tin and place in the oven for one and a half hours approximately at 200c.
- Check the top is quite firm but not burnt.
